Cash on hand at June 30, 2025, was $6,076,370 compared to $10,231,191 as at December 31, 2024. The cash balance includes the cash collected from lease holders on the lease portfolios that are serviced by the Company and reported as accounts payable. At June 30, 2025, the Company reported a working capital surplus of $2,103,566 as compared to $4,002,995 at December 31, 2024.

Revenue for the second quarter of 2025 decreased to $407,347 in comparison to first quarter 2025 revenue of $438,812 and Q2/2024 revenue of $542,166. Adjusted EBIDTA loss for the second quarter of 2025 decreased in comparison to the first quarter of 2025 primarily due to foreign exchange rate movements as the Canadian dollar strengthened against the U.S dollar and increased as compared to Q2/2024 due to increased personnel costs related to additional hiring.
