Reconciliation from GAAP Net Income to Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA

We present non-GAAP free cash flow for the current quarter and trailing twelve months (TTM) as a supplemental liquidity measure. Free cash flow is defined as net cash provided by operating activities, as reported under GAAP, less net capital expenditures (Net CAPEX). Net CAPEX is calculated as purchases of property and equipment minus proceeds from the sale of property and equipment in order to reflect both outflows and inflows associated with routine equipment turnover.
