The delay in filing is attributable to ongoing testing of the Company's transactions, systems and IT controls by the Company's auditors.

The Company maintains current SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, both of which subject its IT systems to rigorous, independent third-party testing and validation." said Atul Sabharwal, CEO of the company.

The Company continues to work diligently with its auditors to expedite the completion of the Annual Filings and anticipates a filing date of May 15, 2025. The Company will provide updates as appropriate and will notify investors promptly upon filing.
