("NioCorp" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:NB) is praising a reported plan by the Trump Administration to establish price supports for production in the U.S. of rare earth oxides and potentially other minerals deemed critical by the U.S. government.

NioCorp is developing the Elk Creek Project that is expected to produce niobium, scandium, and titanium.
