Star Metro - Zeus North America Mining Corp. Announces Upsizing of Private Placement

Pursuant to the upsizing, the Company now proposes to raise gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000 through the sale of up to 25,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.10 per Unit.

Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years from the date of issuance.

Finder's fees may be payable in accordance with applicable securities laws and Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") policies.

The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Placement for exploration programs on its Idaho and Nevada copper and silver projects, including the Cuddy Mountain Project, and for general working capital purposes.

Completion of the Placement remains subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including acceptance by the CSE. All securities issued pursuant to the Placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
