Latest Drill Targets and Program Acceleration

Five Key Target Areas in South Block Exist with Exploration Ongoing (see Figure 1 for locations):

1. South Block New Gold-Silver Zone - Located 1,600 meters northeast of the Main Zone, where the first aggressive step-out hole (JES-26-135) recently intersected 22.9 m of 0.6 g/t Au (including 6.1 m of 1.6 g/t Au and 13 g/t Ag) from surface within a 1,200-meter-long magnetic anomaly surrounded by strongly anomalous gold-in-soil and rock samples.    • El Mezquite Target - A 350-meter-long soil anomaly with rock samples returning up to 2.7 g/t Au and 24 g/t Ag, aligned with a prominent north-south magnetic linear feature interpreted as a controlling fault structure. A drill rig is currently following up on the target.

   • Central Target - 500-meter-long soil anomaly with rock samples up to 5.5 g/t Au and 80 g/t Ag.

2. East Placer Source - Anomalous soils (>50 ppb) and rock samples 3.1 g/t Au and 18 g/t Ag. At upper source for eastern placer workings. Four exploration holes completed, results pending.

3. Northwest Soil Anomaly - 900-meter-long soil anomaly (>100ppb, up to 21.2 g/t Au and >2,000 g/t Ag). Runs parallel to main placer trend.

4. Central Magnetic High - 800-meter-long zone of elevated gold in soil (up to 790 ppb Au) and rocks (up to 7.3 g/t Au and 177 g/t Ag). Open to the south, sampling limited.

5. North Extensions - Continuation of mineralized corridors north of historic drilling, includes the 2025 drilling on 100% controlled ground that returned 3.1-meters of 19.4 g/t Au, within 106.6-meters of 0.6 g/t Au (Feb. 25, 2025 News Release) and 6.1-meters of 5.4 g/t Au, within 41.2-meters of 1.0 g/t Au (May 7, 2025 News Release).

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Rock and Drill samples were shipped for sample preparation to ALS Limited in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and for analysis at the ALS laboratory in North Vancouver. The ALS Hermosillo and North Vancouver facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 certified. Gold was analyzed using 50-gram nominal weight fire assay with atomic absorption spectroscopy finish. Over limits for gold (>10 g/t), were analyzed using fire assay with a gravimetric finish. Silver and other elements were analyzed using a four-acid digestion with an ICP finish. Over limit analyses for silver (>100 g/t) were re-assayed using an ore-grade four-acid digestion with ICP-AES finish. Control samples comprising certified reference samples and blank samples were systematically inserted into the sample stream and analyzed as part of the Company's robust quality assurance / quality control protocol.

Soil Samples were shipped for sample preparation to ALS Limited in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico and for analysis at the ALS laboratory in North Vancouver. Control samples comprising blank samples and certified reference materials were systematically inserted into the sample stream and analyzed as part of the Company's robust quality assurance / quality control protocol.
