Green Bridge Metals Commences Phase 2 Diamond Drilling Program at the Titac Project, Minnesota, USA
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / October 21, 2026 / Green Bridge Metals Corporation (CSE:GRBM)(OTCQB:GBMCF)(FWB:J48) (WKN:A3EW4S) ("Green Bridge" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of a Phase 2 diamond core drilling program at its Titac Project, part of the Company's South Contact District in northeastern Minnesota, U.S.A. (Figure 1 and Figure 2).

Figure 1: Map showing location of the Titac property in relation to other Minnesota properties and adjacent Cu - Ni and Oxide Ultramafic Intrusive TiO₂ deposits.
Following the completion of the six-hole drill program, the Company aims to update its titanium resource model1, while evaluating any associated copper and vanadium potential to ultimately generate data to advance toward a Preliminary Economic Assessment study (PEA). Titac South hosts an existing titanium dioxide mineral resource, as outlined in the NI 43-101 Technical Report dated September 18, 2024, prepared for the Company by Apex Geoscience (and available on the Company's profile at www.sedarplus.ca)¹.
Inferred mineral resources have a great amount of uncertainty as to their existence and as to whether they can be mined economically. It cannot be assumed that all or any part of the inferred mineral resources will ever be upgraded to a higher category. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
CEO COMMENTARY
David Suda, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated:
"The commencement of Phase 2 drilling at Titac is an important milestone for Green Bridge, building on the success of our Phase 1 program at Titac South. We continue to deploy recently raised capital through the drill bit to advance Titac, testing for increased tonnage with the goal of incorporating copper into the resource as we work toward a PEA."
HIGHLIGHTS
- Phase 2 program comprises six (6) diamond core holes totaling approximately 2,600 metres, in a fence-style section across the Titac North prospect.
- Designed to evaluate the titanium resource at Titac North - while evaluating copper and vanadium potential toward a future PEA.
- Informed by a 2024 VTEM airborne geophysical survey and modern 3D magnetic and conductivity inversions integrated with historic drilling.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Key parameters of the program include:
- Holes planned: six (6) diamond core holes.
- Target depth: approximately 400 meters.
- Total planned drilling: approximately 2,600 meters.
- Average hole spacing: approximately 125 meters.
- Drill configuration: fence-style section across the Titac North prospect.
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The primary objectives of the Phase 2 drill program are to:
- Test the Titac North system for potential to re-evaluate the existing Titac South Inferred Mineral Resource.
- Define geological and structural controls on disseminated copper and vanadium mineralization at Titac North.
- Test the spatial relationship between mineralization and geophysical anomalies identified through recent interpretations of historic assay data and modern geophysical survey.
- Refine the geological model and guide subsequent phases of drilling across the broader Titac property
- Generate key technical data for future resource and economic studies.
Key elements of this dataset include:
In 2025, Green Bridge completed a comprehensive interpretation of newly collected geophysical data over the Titac Project, including:
- VTEM airborne electromagnetic survey flown (2025).
- Completion of modern 3D magnetic and conductivity inversions.
- Modeling of the inversion data with historic drill holes and titanium dioxide shells.
These datasets significantly improved subsurface targeting in areas where surface exposure is limited by glacial till and overburden.
Copper mineralization at Titac occurs primarily as chalcopyrite, with minor bornite, talnakhite and cubanite, all minerals with moderate electrical conductivity. Magnetic responses are interpreted to reflect the presence of iron-bearing minerals including ilmenite, magnetite, and titanomagnetite, all of which are present within the OUI.
Drill targets for the Titac North program have been prioritized where conductive and magnetic anomalies overlap, a geophysical signature that correlates with known mineralization identified in our earlier 2026 drill program at Titac South, historic drilling and resource modelling.

PROJECT CONTEXT AND NEXT STEPS
The Titac Project is located near the southern end of the Company's South Contact District and includes the Titac South deposit, which hosts an existing mineral resource of 46.6 million tonnes grading 15% TiO₂, as disclosed in the NI 43-101 Technical Report¹ which was released by the Company with an effective date of September 18, 2024 and is available on SEDAR+.
The current Phase 2 drill program (Figures 3 and 4) is intended to resolve the geological controls on copper mineralization at Titac North. Subject to results, subsequent drilling phases may include:
- Follow-up infill drilling at Titac South to test continuity and extent of copper mineralization at depth and to solidify sufficient spacing to generate a PEA.
- Initial drill testing of similar geophysical anomalies at other geophysical targets, such as Titac East.
- Follow-up drill testing of a newly identified deep conductive and magnetic anomaly south of Titac South.
