Formation Metals Extends A-Zone 200 Metres to the South and Identifies a New Vein Set, Returning 2.53 g/t Au over 11.8 Metres and 1.41 g/t Au over 20.6 Metres at the Advanced N2 Property
Southward step-out N2-26-15A extended the A-Zone 200 metres to the south and returned:N2-26-15A: 2.53 g/t Au over 11.8 metres beginning at 350.6 metres downhole, 341.6 metres vertical, including 5.42 g/t Au over 5.1 metres; and 1.41 g/t Au over 20.6 metres beginning at 499.1 metres downhole, 486.3 metres vertical, including 2.63 g/t Au over 5.5 metres and 1.78 g/t Au over 7.2 metres. The hole returned two distinct sets of results: the deeper intervals extend the main vein set down-dip and remain open, and the shallower intervals sit in a vein set back to the south that had not previously been identified at the A-Zone.Mineralized envelope now exceeds 300 metres. With this extension the A-Zone envelope widens from the approximately 100 metres previously modelled to more than 300 metres across strike, and it remains open.Every direction tested to date has returned gold. Phase 1 has now stepped out 200 metres west (N2-26-021 and N2-26-022) and 200 metres south (N2-26-15A), and both step-outs returned auriferous intervals. No direction tested to date has closed off the A-Zone.First effective test of the ground south of the A-Zone. The area has seen very little historical drilling. Formation is drilling it on a revised structural model, targeting both the down-dip projection of the main veins and parallel structures to the south. N2-26-15A is the first hole in that ground to return assays that demonstrate a 200-metre southward extension of the northern auriferous horizon. It also indicates a 150-metre eastward extension potential in the southern auriferous horizon of the A-Zone, east of hole N2-25-013, where visible gold was found as evidence of auriferous potential in southern horizons (Figure 1).The Company is undertaking a fully funded 75,000 metre drill program at its flagship N2 Property in Quebec, host to a global historic resource of ~871,000 ounces comprised of 18 Mt grading 1.4 g/t Au (~810,000 oz Au) across four zones (A, East, RJ-East, and Central)2,3 and 243 Kt grading 7.82 g/t Au (~61,000 oz Au) across the RJ zone2,4.The Company has working capital of ~C$26.3M with zero debt.

Pampa Medina Continues to Deliver Extraordinary Cu-Ag Grade-Widths - Drilling Intersects 216m of 1.0% Cu and 7.2g/t Ag Including 62m of 2.2% Cu and 21.5g/t Ag from SPRD-15
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / September 8, 2026 / Marimaca Copper Corp. ("Marimaca Copper" or the "Company") (TSX:MARI)(ASX:MC2) is pleased to report further assay results from its ongoing drilling program at the Pampa Medina deposit, located approximately 28km east of the Company's Marimaca Oxide Deposit ("MOD") in Chile's Antofagasta Region (Figure 1). Drilling within the central high-grade sulphide zone continues to deliver consistent, high-grade results within the defined 3km x 1.5km area of interest ("AOI"). The mineralization across the target lithological horizons continues to show continuity both horizontally and vertically. Drilling on 150m centers returned 216m of 0.96% Cu and 7.2g/t Ag from 466m, including 62m of 2.20% Cu and 21.5g/t Ag from 602m downhole from SPRD-15. Step-out drill holes outside of the central corridor extended the mineralized sediment horizon 300m to the south and west, with strong results from SPRD-12, SPD-13 and SPRD-17. Additional scouting RC holes were completed to the north and northwest of the defined AOI to determine the depth of the start of the target sediments (see Figure 3).

Apex Expands Trinity Zone with Step-out Hole Returning 197.5 m Interval of 2.12% REO at the Rift Rare Earth Project in SE Nebraska
Highlights:RIFT26-019 returns 2.12% REO (1) over 197.5 m, including:4.60% REO over 5.1 m, or3.15% REO over 12.9 m, or2.87% REO over 55.9 mRIFT26-019 extends Trinity Zone mineralization ~120 m further down dip to the west (now defined over 300 m) with assays still pending for additional western step-out drillholes (see Figures 1-2).RIFT26-016, RIFT26-017 & RIFT26-018 comprise the southernmost drill fence and demonstrate a further 100 m of mineralized N-S strike length returning 1.74% REO over 46.1 m, 1.38% REO over 77.3 m, and 2.00% REO over 33.7 m, respectively (see Figure 1).Additional western step-out drillholes (see Figure 1) continue to intersect hematite alteration and rock characteristics similar to western mineralized holes reported to date. The Trinity Zone is now defined over an approximate 500 m N-S strike length and 300 m down-dip (west) with strongly mineralized intervals ranging from 80 to 197 m, which continue to demonstrate strong continuity of high-grade REO mineralization. The Trinity Zone remains open in all directions.Sean Charland, CEO of Apex Critical Metals, commented: "The results from western step-out drillhole RIFT26-019 confirms the western plunge of the upper Trinity Zone and demonstrates continuity of the high-grade REO mineralization with one of the strongest grade x width intervals to-date. Assays remain pending for several additional holes further to the west, and the visual observations and favourable geology suggest there's a significant opportunity to expand the mineralized footprint with each western step-out. We have made a tremendous amount of progress over the past 12 months and remain on track for an inaugural mineral resource estimate in Q1 2027."
